A facade manufacturer, and nothing else

Fenza works on one thing: the outside of the building.

Curtain wall, structural glazing, fenestration, cladding, louvers and the architectural elements that sit alongside them — engineered, fabricated on our own line, and installed by our own teams.

Facade Anatomy

Inside a curtain wall.

Five parts decide whether a glass facade stays square, sealed and standing.

Curtain wall specimen: aluminium mullion and transoms framing glass units, with the extruded profile ends exposed

Mullion

The vertical spine. It carries the wall's weight, and the push of the wind, back to the building's floors.

02 / 05

Transom

The horizontal member. It ties the grid together and holds up each pane of glass.

Glass unit

The view, and the insulation. Two panes around a sealed gap keep heat and noise outside.

Gasket & glazing seal

Where glass meets metal. Soft seals grip the glass so it never touches the frame, and keep out air and water.

Extruded profile

Inside the frame. Hollow aluminium chambers give strength without weight, cut on our own line to a tenth of a millimetre.

Five parts. One envelope.

Engineered, fabricated on our own line and installed by our own teams.

Manufacturing

Precision set at the profile level — servo-controlled cutting to ±0.1 mm.

A CNC-grade line for cutting, routing, crimping and end-milling lets us hold tolerance where it decides whether a facade stays watertight, square and true once it is up.
